Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Empty Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep

I used to say this prayer every night when I was a child and still say it today.

Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray dear Lord my soul you keep
May angels watch me through the night
And wake me with the morning light

Help me through the coming day
When I'm at my work and play
And please dear Lord help me to be
a kind and happy child like thee
